Costa Rica to Detroit & Back
dawn is now an official band member in Rasputina, and i had the chance to go see her play in detroit. i took a couple buses, a few planes, and even drove through a heavy snow storm to see her play. it was well worth the trip, she did great, i'm a super proud rockstar husband. the song in the video is called I Go to Sleep, by Rasputina, off their latest release, Great American Gingerbread.
Releasing a Bushmaster in the Jungle
The Jaguar Rescue Center took dawn along for an adventure where they released a very large Bushmaster, the largest of all the pit vipers, deep in the jungles of Punta Uva, Costa Rica.

Armie Update
an update on a male three toed sloth at the Jaguar Rescue Center in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, that needed to have surgery on his left arm. the surgery was a success and he's starting to heal, thanks to all those that donated!

Comic-Con 2010

Cooking with Domkus – Scrambled Eggs with Grilled Onions
my inaugural cooking episode! we're making my "famous" scrambled eggs with grilled onions.
music by my brother omar domkus
recipe:
start with butter
grill some chopped onion
add some chopped red pepper
add some diced meat of choice (i use spicy chicken)
add a little more butter
scramble 3 eggs and add to grilled mix
top with cheddar cheese
serve and eat
